Wellness & Weight Management Workshop

How it Works

 

 

1 - Join
Enter your contact details on the next page.  A cash participation fee* of $10 is required and may be submitted in the club no later than day 1 of the 6 week class.   


2 - Weekly Weigh In
We open every Wednesday from 5:30-7:00pm on site.  On the first Wednesday of the first 6 week class and each Wednesday there after you will weigh in upon arrival at the club.  Weigh ins will take place from 5:30-6:00pm,  if you arrive after 6:00pm your weigh in may take place from the end of class after 7:15pm only.  Nutrition talks will start promptly at 6:15pm.

 

3 - Nutrition Information

Weekly nutrition talks last on average about 45-60 minutes each meetup depending on questions and involvement of attendees.

 

Some of the various topics we will be discussing in the upcoming weeks are:

• What makes up a calorie

• How to burn fat and increase energy naturally

• What is a Personalized Meal Plans
• Protein intake
• Calorie intake
• Digestive health
• Making sense of carbohydrates
• The importance of hydration
• Understanding fats
• Dining out
• Exercise
• Heart health

• How to keep the weight on/off for good!

 

4 - Weigh Out

At the end of 6 weeks you will complete your final weigh out.   Everyone who completes the 6 week workshop is a winner!!
 

You can participate in as many Wellness & Weight Management Workshops you choose to join in the future.  Each class will require registration, weigh in an a $10 participation fee payable in cash only at your first weigh in.

**Please do not bring any outside food or drinks into the nutrition club.
