There is no better time than NOW to join our Allstar Group Fitness Challenge to get real personal coaching to keep you motivated. Heart pumping 30-60 minute workouts with a personal trainer, develop a sense of community and fitness habits that last a lifetime. If you've not participated in a challenge with us in the past, we would like to extend a COMPLIMENTARY PASS to you to join us in our boot camp to see how much you'll enjoy our culture, our community and our workouts! After trialing our program if you like what you see and wish to join us for further classes, membership is easy peasy, just ask us how!

WHO IS THE CHALLENGE FOR?!
All ages, All Levels. It’s for anyone who is ready to make a positive change in their life. Whether you have over 100lbs to lose, or you are working to fight off the last 10lbs. Maybe you are wanting to lean-up, build muscle and get stronger…or maybe you are someone who genuinely wants to start living a healthier lifestyle! No matter who you are… our Challenge is for you…you just have to take that first step and show up at the club to sigh a waiver!

Challenge classes will meet 2-3 times a week on Tue/Thu/Fri at 6:20pm with the exception of holidays. On occasion classes may meet off site at a remote location. Call the club for details. Space is Limited. Pre-register online NOW to secure your spot in our next Challenge.
At the start of every challenge, ALL 1st time challengers MUST complete a Waiver and Wellness form before the first challenge class. Entering your details and desire to participate on this page will save you a spot in our challenge but WILL NOT grant you permission to participate UNTIL the above aforementioned forms are completed.
WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE
Challenge format is changing up and even better, please call and we'll share all the details with you.
On the first day of our next challenge, we will time you on certain fit activities to see where you're starting. It doesn't matter if you can do one movement or 100 movements, the goal is to improve and have fun while you're doing it. At the end of the challenge (4-6 weeks) we will time you again on the same fit activities to see how you have improved.
Be assured you will get a great workout but you will work out at your own pace and fitness level.
If you are a beginner, no problem, just work at your best, the only thing we do NOT allow is for you to stand still and do nothing.
If you can't run, no worry, walk. If you can't do jumping jacks, no worry, just march in place. If you can't do push ups, we'll show you an alternate. We all have to start somewhere and before you know it, you'll be doing these things you once thought you never could.
